Hello all! One paper left and then I'm FREEEEE to join the daily grind and/or mooch off my parents while Finding Myself and finally getting that driver's license. All my honor cords etc. have arrived in the mail - history society, English society, Phi Beta Kappa - and I think I'll look pretty pimp at commencement. Why yes, I am bragging, why do you ask?
Next New Vegas DLC is scheduled to come out right after graduation. Sounds like ideal kick-back-and-relax opportunity seeing as my parents declined to bankroll the cruise in the Baltic until I get a job. Joshua Graham, yay! I just hope they won't confiscate the Courier's stuff all over again, otherwise what was the point in hoarding all those tobacco chews and skill magazines?
VtM for the year wrapped up. Stuart's night in the limelight ended with a Gangrel buddy making an Abomination of a dying young werewolf we met in a bar, who we planned to hug and love and call Seras Victoria. Gave the people staying for the next campaign my out-of-school email so I may be able to hear about the gory results when things start up again. The Storyteller accepted the offering of my character sheet, so I hope he may live on as an NPC, wallflowering for many nights more until the werewolf eats him.

Earliest memory of the subject under scrutiny is when they were in my fanficrant years ago, laughing at someone who argued that Tsugumi Ohba might well be a woman seeing as they presented themselves as such. All "lol you and your queer theory." Either I am a grudge-holder extraordinaire or I am an elephant (a non-Republican elephant, for the record). You decide.

Last leg of my undergraduate journey starts in three days. As I pack for the flight back, I am tempted to go fetal in the closet and munch on my thumb.
Speaking of game plans, batting around the idea of a full-on Legion playthrough for New Vegas. Currently imagining the Courier for that run as a clean-living, self-righteous, high-handed Luddite. The Mikami to Caesar's Light, if you will.

Thursday, 30 December 2010 12:09 pmGot bitten by the Fallout bug and spent the last week playing New Vegas; beat it last night with the Wild Card ending. Didn't do nearly everything I could've but I've told myself not to stress it. I think it's the hunger for Optimum Performance that tends to bog me down with RPGs.
