This morning I was a long time going to sleep and my brain drifted over to a line of Edmure Tully's in Feast for Crows where he mentions him and Littlefinger building - I think, haven't got the book with me - a block tower in his dad's study. My brain then proceeded to make the leap to the "snow castle" scene with Littlefinger and Sansa and now it is awash with wrong.
Next thing you know I'll be spinning a plotbunny where Tom of Sevenstreams was actually his ex-boyfriend and had personal knowledge of the "floppy fish" thing.
ETA: Also: all in all, Edmure's grown on me for some reason. Maybe it's his, I don't know, adorkability?
