Suntrust Bank was giving out travel hairbrushes at college orientation last year (Bank of America had backpacks, Wachovia had fans). They fold up, the bristles pop out when you press and they have little mirrors inside when you open them. I took one.

Today I found out it also has a sewing kit in back, on the mirror half. Needles, thread, threader, buttons, safety pin. My only excuse for not noticing is I don't use it often.

Now I'm off to see if my watch has any secret pop-out compartments suitable for keeping scraps of Death Note, ha.

Oooh free super-secret little sewing kit sounds like fun (note to self, get one for cosplay emergencies). Though think about it, imagine hiding a piece of the Death Note in a sewing kit, or a mirror. Just get your mirror out and remove the piece while you're adjusting it. Plus the sewing kit has needles so you can easily prick yourself and write.
