Various factors (and people - hi there, flist!) have turned me on to Afterschool Charisma. So I've torn through both print and online translations and now my mind, left to spin in circles, has tossed up the idea of a Deposed Monarchs club. Clone Marie Antoinette and clone Mary Stuart help each other with their French homework. Clone Nicholas Romanov dreams of rediscovering Miss Right and would like you to know that he totally has Jewish friends. An honorary member is the Sixth Dalai Lama (or is he? There's probably a theological conundrum there), who parties hard and flirts shamelessly and Just Wants To Be Normal. And hanging over them is an especially pronounced fear of We're All Gonna Die Horribly All Over Again.

Now stuck wondering who would pay top dollar for a clone of Lady Jane Grey.
